Vero's speech on question of policy

Dear Aiden,

First of all, I want to do the apology that I could not find the video which upload on the yahoo group. And I find it today. So sorry for that and I want to do the self-evaluation.
I think I should add more emotion into my speech. It sounds so boring and hard to be accepted. I think I should add more energy or it looked like a little dizzy.
I did not memorize the draft well so I always looked at my draft. And then I did not do the eye-contact well. I used too many retroflex and it heard a little bit discordant. I think I should deliver the speech with more self-confident.
At last, this is my self-evaluation. Thank you very much. ^ ^
